Not included in price:

- Final cleaning: € 90,00
- Heating: € 2,00 per hour
The total costs of heating are calculated according to the actual consumption.
You pay for what you use: our boiler has a counter that allows you to calculate how many hours it worked.

Tourist tax:
At the check-in you will be required to pay a fee in cash of € 1,50 per person for each day of stay, for a maximum of 7 days.
Children under the age of 14 will not pay the fee.

Pets:
Pets are welcome!
The house and garden are available to them.
There is no additional fee.
